At Hickory Flag Co, we stand by the craftsmanship of every flag we make. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Flags must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email is fine).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different flag, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through the site.
