Shipping Policy

At Hickory Flag Co, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We are a small company with limited resources, and unlike the giant warehouses of Amazon, we ship in deliberate batches. Here’s what you can expect when ordering from us:

Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped once or twice a week. This means your order may take a few days to leave our shop, but rest assured it will be worth the wait.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We offer a simple flat rate of $8 for all U.S. orders.

• Packages ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking
All orders include a USPS tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.

Delays
We are not a fast-fashion or Prime-style operation. While most packages arrive within a week of ordering, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, especially during holidays or peak shipping periods.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at ryan@hickoryflagco.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.
